2. Online offer
The offer is valid as long as it appears in the online shop, within the limits of available stocks. The images presented in the online shop represent the “Basic Offer” of items generally available in stock. The criteria for quality assessment of the items, as well as all the information relating to the latter, comply with the standards and international rules of the profession.
From the “Basic Offer”, personalization criteria are made available to the Customer, inviting him to adapt his purchase.
Any additional services that may be charged for, such as delivery, are invoiced separately.
Only the invoice attached to the delivery of the ordered items prevails.
After the Customer has completed the ordering process of the online shop and accepted the GTC, Orfelis.ch confirms by e-mail to the Customer the registration of his Order and thus validates the establishment of the contractual relationship between the two parties.
Any confirmed Order is final and binding. No modification is possible by the Customer. In certain cases, in particular in the event of a stock shortage, Orfelis.ch has the right to refuse, without justification, all or part of the Order. In this case, the Customer is informed of the refusal by e-mail and any payment already made is reimbursed to the Customer or credited to his account. Any other claims of the Customer are excluded.
If the order includes several items, the fact that one or more of them are not available, does not cancel the remaining Order.
The Orders of stock items that are part of the “Basic Offer” are shipped within a delivery period of approximately 3-5 working days.
As regards the personalized items, the delivery periods may vary as follows:
- Alliances: up to 6 weeks
- Solitaire set with a personalized diamond: 2 weeks
- Simple modifications: 1 week
Alternatively, any Order may also be collected by the Customer in an Orfelis store within 48 hours’ notice.
In the event of a stock shortage, the Customer is notified accordingly, as mentioned under point 5 above. Shall a new delivery time be proposed to the Customer, he is free to accept it or require reimbursement instead.
7. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are free for Orders over CHF 350.-. In other cases, a flat-rate contribution of CHF 9.00 is charged to the Customer (secure shipping).
8. Right of return
The Customer may return the ordered items within 15 days of receipt, provided that they are sent back by registered mail in their original packaging, with the invoice, and without having been worn or damaged. The amount corresponding to the returned items will be reimbursed to the Customer or credited to its account.
The right of return does not apply to wedding rings, nor to modified items, such as the ones that have been subject to measurement adjustments or that have been engraved.
The ordered items shall be returned at the Customer’s risks and expense, unless a delivery error is attributable to Orfelis.ch.
Orfelis.ch offers a two-year warranty as from the delivery date for any defect or deficiency of the delivered items. This warranty replaces the statutory warranty rights, in the sense that it is Orfelis.ch that decides whether a defective item should be repaired or replaced, or whether the purchase price should be refunded. The Customer may not assert any claim for damages or seek compensation for defective goods.
Solitaires of more than 0.30 carats are provided with a certificate from a gemological institute guaranteeing the quality of the diamond in accordance with the international rules of classification,
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accident or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply in the event of intervention by third parties that have not been authorized by Oreflis.ch.
The following credit cards are accepted as mean of payment: Visa and MasterCard, as well as the following debit cards: Postcard. Payments may also be made through the TWINT application.
The amount due is debited via a secure electronic system after the Order has been processed.

Promotional offers are limited and cannot be cumulated or refunded and do not include services such as modifications, engravings, repairs, etc.

13. Final provisions
13.1 Swiss material law shall apply to the legal relation between Orfelis.ch and the Customer, to the exclusion of international private law and of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention).
In the event of dispute between the parties, the courts of Geneva shall be solely competent, whether the Customer is a natural or a legal person.
13.2 Should there be any discrepancies in terms of language between the different versions of the GTC, the French version shall prevail.
13.3 Should individual provisions of the GTC be or become void or invalid, then the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
